Adult Gi BJJ classes
Our BJJ beginner program offers classes for people new to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. The beginners classes teach the basics of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. You will start out with fundamental defence, escape and submission techniques from varying positions along with counters to each of the techniques.
